Back by popular demand, AHPC's October 2011 Preservation Workshop will focus specifically on residential tax credits.  Homeowners, prosepective homeowners, and realtors will learn how to earn 25% - 50% in State tax credits during the restoration and rehab of a primary residence.   

Featured presenters and peservation professionals Megan Lord and Paul Smith will explain:

  • How the program works - focusing on recent program updates
  • The step-by-step application process including how to fill out the application forms
